The effect of homeopathic treatment on mental symptoms of patients with generalized anxiety disorder did not differ from placebo
Researchers at the Department of Psychiatry at Hadassah University in Jerusalem in Israel have assessed the 'effect of homeopathic treatment in generalized anxiety disorder. A total of 44 patients with generalized anxiety disorder according to DSM-IV were randomly assigned to receive for 10 weeks a homeopathic remedy, individualized, or placebo. 39 patients completed the study.
